Check your Body – Mind Balance!
This is a fun and quick test for yourself to touch base about the inner dialogue of your body and mind:
Sit down, take a pen and paper and then write down in a gut reaction the answer to the questions on a scale of 1 – 10

1: not at all – 10: all times

1)-Is it easy for you to feel your breath when you are busy?

2)- Is it easy for you to listen to the messages of your body?

3) -Is it easy for you to make time during the day to look after yourself, to take care of yourself?

4)- Do you like taking up Space ?

5)- Is what you feel inside also what people get on the outside?

6)- How often do give compliments to yourself?

7)- How much do you trust your intuition?

8)- Do you also act on it?

9)- How often do you embrace your loved ones?

10)- How much do you live in your whole body?

11)- Do you like to move? To dance?

12)- Do you do it as often as you wish?

DONE!!!

Now count your numbers  … add it up and divide it through the number of questions answered

If your score is
1 – 4     … your Body – Mind Connection yearns for a change and attention!

4  – 7    … hmmm, quite ok, but there is room for more

7 – 10   Congratulations!  You are quite well balanced and maybe just need some fine tuning.
