Friday will be Arrival Day

We’ll have a light meal –  then get comfortable in the rooms.
Initial Welcoming Session  with Claudia & Yvonne 

 

Saturday

morning:
10.00 – 12.00        I – ME  Time / Yoga with Claudia
we’ll awaken our bodies with a Deep Slow Flow – Yoga class.

Lunch – free time –   have a rest, or a walk ….

afternoon:
15.30 – 17.30       Alexandertechnique with Yvonne 

 

 

Sunday
10.00 – 12.00  Morning yoga class

12.30 – 13.30  Lunch

14.00 – 16.00
Finishing Group Session
Harvest / Sharing of the findings  & Good-Bye!
