How do coaching and massage complement each other?

The body has a cellular memory. It’s not only with the brain that you store and remember information, digest experiences and re-set behaviour patterns:

it’s in your whole body.

An example:

memories that go way back maybe even right to your childhood can be triggered by the sound of a voice, a smell or an image…

During a coaching traject you may encounter certain habits that are limiting you.

To speak about them and to cognivitely understand what you are doing is one way of approaching what’s happening. That’s with the brain and your intellect.

Integration of new information needs rest and time.

A massage can serve to give your body and mind the time to absorb and receive new information.

It allows your body to let the insight land and integrate it into your whole being.
